　　富国银行首席执行官查理·沙夫（Charlie Scharf）周三表示，在长达数年的虚假账户丑闻之后，该银行在解决合规问题方面取得的进展更有信心，并详细说明了其实施风险控制的努力。

　　他在高盛金融服务会议上说：“对于我们收到的每一项同意令，对于我们的每一项监管交付物，我们都有非常详细的计划，监管机构已经审查了这些计划。”（同意令是经法官或法院批准的法律协议，无需审判即可解决双方之间的争议。）

　　沙夫表示：“我们每周都会在运营委员会上跟踪我们的进度。”

　　据媒体上个月报道，在解决了虚假账户丑闻的问题后，富国银行正处于通过监管测试的最后阶段，以便在明年取消1.95万亿美元的资产上限。

　　在2011年甚至更早以来，富国银行很多一线员工违规开立200多万个（后又增加到350万个）未经消费者授权的“幽灵账户”，导致前后5300名员工遭解雇，CEO辞职，遭受巨额罚金，董事会重组，2018年初美联储限制其资产扩张。

　　2016年9月，富国银行承认共开立了200万个“幽灵账户”，56万余份信用卡，涉及美国各州。
