Newborn Town's (HKG:9911) trustee Three D Partners purchased 554,000 shares of the company from the market last Monday and Tuesday under the company's restricted share unit award scheme, a Monday bourse filing said.
The shares, which represent roughly 0.05% of the firm's issued share capital, were bought back for about HK$2.2 million, or HK$3.93 apiece.
Following the buyback, Three D Partners holds 59,608,069 shares of the internet marketing company.
The filing also stated that the trustee had bought about 54.4 million of the company's shares on the market between April 28, 2023, and Nov. 29, 2024.
