中国风电新闻网讯：近日，华润电力新疆天山北麓新能源基地项目首台风机基础浇筑完成，标志着项目全面进入主体施工阶段。

该项目是国家“十四五”重点工程“疆电入渝”的重要组成部分，是国家首个“沙戈荒”大基地外送通道新能源项目之一。项目位于新疆哈密巴里坤县和伊吾县，总投资186亿元，总装机规模410万千瓦，其中风电280万千瓦、光伏120万千瓦、光热10万千瓦，配套建设6座220千伏升压汇集站及80万千瓦/320万千瓦时储能装置。此次动工容量400万千瓦（除光热10万千瓦）。

项目设计年均上网电量97.86亿千瓦时，与相同发电量的常规燃煤火电机组相比，每年可节约标准煤278万吨、减少二氧化碳排放量761万吨。项目建成后将有效整合重庆的用电需求与新疆的资源优势，推动能源资源的跨区域优化配置，促进区域协调发展。
