12月12日金融一线消息，天津银行今日发布关于副行长任职资格获监管机构核准的公告。公告显示，该行近日收到《天津金融监管局关于陈鹏天津银行副行长任职资格的批复》（津金复[2024]266号），核准陈鹏担任该行副行长的任职资格。根据相关规定，陈鹏自2024年12月9日起担任该行副行长。

　　公开资料显示，陈鹏，于1996年7月毕业于山东工业大学计算机系计算机及其应用专业，获得学士学位；自2007年7月至2010年6月于山东大学软件工程领域工程硕士专业学习，获得硕士学位。高级工程师。

　　1996年7月至2004年12月期间，分别于中国农业银行山东省济南市分行、中国农业银行山东省分行担任办事员、科员等多个岗位。2004年12月至2009年5月担任中国农业银行山东省分行科技部经理，期间自2007年4月至2009年5月挂职中国农业银行山东省烟台市龙口支行副行长；2009年5月至2012年9月担任中国农业银行山东省分行信息技术管理部副总经理；2012年9月至2017年1月担任中国农业银行山东省威海市分行党委副书记、副行长；2017年1月至2017年7月担任中国农业银行山东省威海市分行党委副书记、纪委书记、副行长；2017年7月至2023年10月担任中国农业银行山东省分行科技与产品管理部总经理。2024年3月获准任职天津银行股份有限公司首席信息官。
