保利置业(00119.HK) 青山公路青山湾现楼洋房“瑧誉”于上月以招标形式沽出9号洋房及地库层9居室，实用面积分别为5,201方呎和650方呎，洋房采五房间隔，连312方呎平台，928方呎花园及1,168方呎天台，设有游泳池，连同两个车位以1.35亿元成交，呎价约23,073元。据悉，该洋房属“挞订货”，前年5月以1.847亿元成交，于今年8月中挞订，遭杀订10%，涉额1,847万元。
是次新买家以公司名义入市，买入价比挞订前低出近5,000万元或27%，且受惠楼市撤辣，原先须支付楼价15%“辣税”涉额达2,025万元，最新只须付4.25%即近573.8万元，节省税款逾1,451万元或近72%。
