Loar Holdings (LOAR) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of about 5.8 million common shares at $85 per share.
The offering consists of about 3.9 million shares from the company and about 1.9 million shares from certain shareholders.
The underwriters have been granted 30-day option to purchase up to 862,500 additional shares.
The company plans to use its portion of the net proceeds for debt repayments and for general corporate purposes.
The offering, which has been upsized from 4.8 million shares, is expected to close on Thursday.
