【北京汽车：北汽投与现代汽车向北京现代注资10.95亿美元】金十数据12月11日讯，北京汽车公告，于2024年12月11日，北汽投与现代汽车订立协议，双方同意根据各自于北京现代注册资本的权益比例共同向北京现代注资10.95亿美元，双方分别注资5.48亿美元。注资将分期进行。于注资完成后，北京现代的注册资本将增至40.74亿美元，北京现代仍将由北汽投及现代汽车分别拥有50%，并将继续作为本公司合营企业入账。
