智通财经APP讯，云中马(603130.SH)发布公告，此前，基于云中马“时尚智造”产业园项目投资建设需要，公司全资子公司浙江云中马智造有限公司(以下简称“云中马智造”)拟与松阳县经济发展投资集团有限公司签署《云中马“时尚智造”产业园项目招商协议》。
近日，云中马智造以总价8320万元成功竞得国有建设用地使用权(地块编号：SY-A-03;用地面积：277,019.80平方米)，并与松阳县自然资源和规划局签订了《网上交易成交确认书》《国有建设用地使用权出让合同》《国有建设用地交地确认书》。截至公告披露日，云中马智造已经完成上述国有建设用地使用权的权属登记手续，并取得松阳县自然资源和规划局颁发的《中华人民共和国不动产权证书》(浙(2024)松阳县不动产权第0005362号)。
云中马智造竞得松阳县编号SY-A-03号地块的国有建设用地使用权后，该地块将被用于实施建设云中马“时尚智造”产业园项目一期产业基地项目(浙江云中马智造有限公司年产16.5万吨高性能革基布坯布及1.5万吨涤纶DTY丝建设项目)(项目以在发改委最终实际备案名称为准)。该项目建成后，有利于公司扩大产能规模，并向产业链上游产品拓展延伸，以保障主营业务的长期稳定发展，进一步提升综合竞争力。
