The photonic-device developer said Wednesday that Michael Lebby formally retired from the top roles a day prior.
Yves LeMaitre, a board member and a veteran of the optical communications industry, has been appointed to the role of CEO. Ronald Bucchi, the board's lead independent director, has been named non-executive independent chairman.
