Dasin Retail Trust (SGX:CEDU) has voted to terminate the commercial and property management agreements for four of its malls - Shiqi Metro Mall, Xiaolan Metro Mall, Ocean Metro Mall and Dasin E-Colour.
The agreements, dated Dec. 31, 2022, will expire on Dec. 31, 2024, following which they will not be renewed, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
