昔日的“动批”蝶变为“金科新区”（金融科技示范区）核心区，其中的“聚龙市场”并没有和其他批发市场一样转变成金融科技楼宇，而是作为金科新区配套商业服务设施，打造成了一处休闲消费地标——JK FUN。这里除了零售餐饮，还有健身、运动、电玩等体验空间，还为快闪、市集等活动留出了足够的空间。12月21日，JK FUN将正式营业。
