智通财经APP讯，立桥证券控股(08350)发布公告，由于公司与久安(香港)会计师事务所有限公司(前称为：华融(香港)会计师事务所有限公司)未能就截至2024年12月31日止财政年度的建议核数费达成共识，公司已邀请及久安已接受辞任公司及其附属公司(集团)的核数师，自2024年12月12日起生效。
董事会根据审核委员会的推荐建议，已议决委任柏淳会计师事务所有限公司为集团的核数师，自2024年12月12日起生效，以填补因久安辞任后的临时空缺，并将留任至公司应届股东周年大会结束为止。
