智通财经APP获悉，粤海置地(00124)午后跌近14%，截至发稿，跌13.95%，报0.37港元，成交额114.86万港元。
消息面上，粤海投资公布，建议以实物分派粤海置地股份方式支付特别股息，基准每持有1股获发0.193股粤海置地，涉及分派12.61亿股，占粤海置地股本约73.72%。粤海投资拟透过建议分派剥离由粤海置地集团持有的物业发展业务，以精简业务活动及集中资源于核心业务以保持业务稳定发展。
花旗发布研报称，看好此交易，原因有三，一是粤投的盈利展望在没有粤地的亏损及不确定性下变得更明朗，二是粤投的财务状况将改善，债务比率降低，最后是粤投在2025年的预期股息收益率将达到7.6%，是香港公用事业股之中最高。
