新浪科技讯 12月10日晚间消息，今日，宁德时代与Stellantis集团共同宣布双方将各持股50%成立一家合资企业，在西班牙萨拉戈萨建设一座大型磷酸铁锂电池工厂，投资高达41亿欧元。该工厂计划于2026年底开始生产，规划年产能可达50吉瓦时。同时，该工厂将按照完全碳中和标准设计，目前该投资计划正稳步推进中。

　　据悉，Stellantis集团是世界领先的汽车制造商之一。2023年11月，Stellantis集团与宁德时代共同签署了一份非约束性谅解备忘录，旨在服务Stellantis集团在欧洲的电动汽车制造，为其提供本地化的磷酸铁锂电芯和模组。同时，双方宣布在两个战略方向建立长期合作：第一，制定大胆的技术路线图以支持Stellantis集团先进纯电动汽车的发展；第二，积极探索新的合作机会以进一步提升电池价值链。

　　宁德时代董事长兼CEO曾毓群表示：“此次合作将我们与Stellantis集团的合作提升到了新的高度。我相信，借助宁德时代先进的电池技术和卓越的运营专业知识，结合Stellantis集团在萨拉戈萨数十年的本地化商业运营经验，该项目将成为行业的重大成功案例。宁德时代的目标是在全球推广零碳技术，我们期待通过更多创新模式与全球合作伙伴开展合作。”
