American Lithium (AMLI) said late Tuesday it plans to voluntarily delist from the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The company's board has determined that the maintenance costs associated with a Nasdaq listing outweigh any advantages at this time, the company said.
The company expects its last trading day on Nasdaq will be on Dec. 27.
The stock will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange and is expected to be listed on the OTCQX Markets.
