IDT International (HKG:0167) is proposing to replace its existing bye-laws with amended and restated ones to meet listing rules and other regulatory requirements, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The proposed adoption of the new bye-laws is subject to shareholder approval and will take immediate effect once approved.

The amendments will align the company with the latest regulatory requirements related to electronic corporate communications, allow it to hold and dispose of treasury shares, conduct hybrid meetings, and incorporate changes to Bermuda laws and listing rules.
