智通财经APP获悉，毕马威中国香港资本市场组主管合伙人刘大昌在记者会上指出，预计明年香港IPO集资额1000至1200亿港元，重返2022年水平，排名仍为全球首5名内。宗数、平均交易规模分别料升至80宗、15亿港元。刘大昌估计明年有多于3间大型A股来港上市，平均集资额逾50亿港元。
毕马威中国新经济市场及生命科学主管合伙人朱雅仪则指出，中东公司第二上市会以成熟、较大型的金融、能源、地产企业为主，涉约180多间公司。该行料明年香港新股市场受内地行业龙头企业赴港、信息科技、媒体及电信业(TMT)、生命科学、特专科技公司、中东公司二次上市所支持。
另该行预计今年集资额共829亿港元，按年升约80%，亦较该行今年年中预测600亿港元有所上调，但仍逊于其今年年初1000亿港元预测，上市宗数料63宗，按年减少7宗，平均交易规模料涉13亿港元，按年升约1倍。资料亦显示，截至12月8日，港交所已重返全球IPO集资额排名第4位，首位为印度。至于今年全球IPO集资额及宗数，则料按年分别下跌9%、15%。
至于“特朗普2.0”时期，会否再出市中概股另一波回流潮，朱雅仪认为，要根据公司自身需要及香港市场表现。近期亦可见有本地鸡煲餐饮公司放弃再在港IPO及赴美申请上市，刘大昌认为，美国对于审批中小型股较宽松，相对香港而言，如创业板(GEM)推出优化政策仍难以吸引企业上市，因此预计香港中小型上市渠道仍要较长时间恢复。
