鞍钢股份开展投资者关系活动 聚焦绿色低碳发展与产品竞争力
财中社12月16日电鞍钢股份（000898/00347）发布投资者关系活动记录表。此次活动于2024年12月12日在鞍山市举行，参与人员包括公司及海通国际的代表。活动主要围绕公司产品竞争力、原材料采购、绿色低碳发展及环保投入等方面进行交流。
公司在产品竞争力方面，拥有较为完整的产品系列，涵盖热轧卷板、中厚板、冷轧板等，广泛应用于多个行业。特别是在造船用钢和汽车用钢方面，公司在技术和市场供货能力上均处于国内领先水平。同时，原材料采购主要依赖于鞍钢集团及进口，且进口铁矿石采购量低于国内采购量。公司在煤炭采购上以国内为主，结合进口煤作为补充。
在绿色低碳发展方面，公司致力于落实国家“双碳”战略，计划在2024年度实现万元产值二氧化碳排放量5.49吨/万元，并完成汽车钢产品的降碳30%以上的生产和认证。环保方面，公司已实施108项环保改造项目，计划投资10.6亿元，鲅鱼圈分公司成为东北地区第一家全流程环保绩效A级钢铁企业。此次活动未涉及应披露的重大信息。
2024年前三季度，鞍钢股份实现收入792.61亿元，归母净利润-50.84亿元。
