　　绿叶制药（02186）公布，就公司发行5000万美元5.85%利率2025年到期可转换债券（B期债券），B期认购协议所载发行B期债券的所有先决条件已获达成，且发行B期债券已顺利完成。预期B期债券于新交所上市将于2024年12月16日生效。

　　董事会认为通过B期债券发行可以改善集团的资金流动性以及替换集团部分短期贷款。董事会认为，是次发行B期债券所得款项净额将减少集团的资金成本并改善集团的债务到期情况。
