智通财经APP获悉，新高教集团(02001)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.5%，报1.15港元，成交额1056.6万港元。
消息面上，新高教集团主席兼执行董事李孝轩近期多次增持公司股份。香港联交所最新资料显示，12月11日，李孝轩增持新高教集团155.9万股，每股作价1.0493港元，总金额为163.59万港元。增持后最新持股数目为7.62亿股，最新持股比例为49.4%。
新高教集团此前公布全年业绩，总收入约28.35亿元，同比增长12.2%；经调整净利润7.72亿元，同比增长6.1%。末期股息每股0.233元，公司宣布以股代息的形式派发本期股息，股息率维持50%。中金认为，公司计划以非常态化的以股代息形式派发末期息，主要考虑留存现金供集团业务发展及营运需求使用，尤其是未来几年集团旗下专科学校申本、本科学校申硕等计划相关的资本开支投入，提高股份交易流动性。
