SoftwareOne in Advanced Talks Over Potential Acquisition of Norway's Crayon Group

Swiss software and cloud company SoftwareOne Holding is in advanced talks over a potential takeover of Norwegian IT services provider Crayon Group.

The two companies are discussing a potential voluntary offer by SoftwareOne to acquire Crayon for cash and shares, they said in separate announcements Friday.

There is no certainty that these discussions will lead to an offer being launched by SoftwareOne and the companies said they would provide further updates in due course.
