智通财经APP讯，中国智能交通(01900)发布公告，(i)叶舟已提出辞任独立非执行董事，自2024年12月13日起生效;及(ii)王冬已提出辞任独立非执行董事，自2024年12月13日起生效，原因是彼等专注于处理其他业务。
于叶舟及王冬辞任后，董事会欣然宣布，黄建玲及来宏毅各自获委任为独立非执行董事，自2024年12月13日起生效。
于叶舟及王冬辞任以及黄建玲及来宏毅获委任后，董事委员会组成自2024年12月13日起变动如下：(a)叶舟不再担任董事会薪酬委员会主席、董事会提名委员会成员及董事会审核委员会成员;(b)王冬不再担任董事会审核委员会主席、董事会薪酬委员会成员及董事会提名委员会成员;(c)黄建玲已获委任为董事会薪酬委员会主席、董事会提名委员会成员及董事会审核委员会成员;及(d)来宏毅已获委任为董事会审核委员会主席、董事会薪酬委员会成员及董事会提名委员会成员。
