消息面上，11月16日，药师帮公告，药师帮向Folding Space (Cayman) Ltd.（以下称“一块医药”）的创始人、管理团队、投资者等原股东收购一块医药100%股权项目已顺利完成主交割。此收购是药师帮加速自有品牌业务发展，以更好满足市场需求的重要战略布局，能够快速提升药师帮在院外医药市场中直供专销领域的份额，增强自有品牌产品的多样性，巩固行业领先的竞争力。
一块医药成立于2019年，总部位于长沙，专注于为下游连锁药店、多体药店和单体药店提供医药健康产品及服务，其自有药品品牌元典、安泰邦、杏林泰等涵盖了中成药、化药、滋补等多个类别。目前，一块医药已与超过1,000家制药企业建立战略伙伴关系，为下游3,000家连锁药店总部及数以万计的多体和单体药店提供约700个自有品牌SKU。
