鉴于公司 2022 年 A 股限制性股票激励计划 5 名激励对象离职、12 名激励对象职务调整，董事会同意回购注销上述激励对象已获授但尚未解除限售的全部或部分限制性股票合计39.36万股，回购价格为 5.157 元 /股。
