智通财经APP讯，时代电气(688187.SH)公告，公司根据未来发展需要，为协同配置资源，公司拟以自有资金现金收购中车株洲电力机车研究所有限公司(简称“中车株洲所”)、襄阳中车电机技术有限公司(简称“襄阳中车电机”)及中车时代电动汽车股份有限公司(简称“中车电动”)合计持有湖南中车商用车动力科技有限公司(简称“标的公司”、“中车商用车动力”)100%股权，交易金额人民币1.07亿元。
据悉，湖南中车商用车动力科技有限公司主营业务为新能源商用车中高端电驱的研发及制造，产品涵盖新能源商用车电机、电控、燃料电池DC/DC和其他车用变流设备，不涉及新能源整车和电池的研发及制造业务。湖南中车商用车动力科技有限公司产品型谱完善，已建立客车、轻卡、重卡三大电驱平台，可提供覆盖组件（控制板、驱动板、定转子等）、部件（单电机、单电控）、系统（三合一、电驱桥等）的全级次产品。本次交易有利于时代电气打造新能源汽车电驱产业集群，符合公司的战略规划，本次交易完成后，湖南中车商用车动力科技有限公司为公司的全资子公司，纳入公司的合并报表。
