【北方华创：参与设立北京集成电路装备产业投资并购二期基金】金十数据12月16日讯，北方华创公告，拟以全资子公司华创创投作为出资平台，联合电控产投、北京国管等合作方共同设立北京集成电路装备产业投资并购二期基金（有限合伙），暂定募资总规模30亿元。首期拟现金募资不超过25亿元，其中华创创投拟认购5.1亿元，北京国管拟认购5亿元，亦庄产投拟认购5亿元，中关村资本拟认购5亿元，电控产投拟认购2亿元，浦东科创一号基金拟认购1亿元，临港科技前沿基金拟认购1亿元，中信建投投资拟认购0.6亿元，诺华资本拟认购0.3亿元，剩余5亿元出资拟由基金管理人诺华资本市场化募集。该基金将主要以并购投资和股权投资方式投资于半导体领域。
