【广州两商品住房用地以底价10.63亿元成交】金十数据12月16日讯，据广东省广州公共资源交易中心消息，12月16日，广州市两宗商品住房用地以底价10.63亿元成交，均用于安置。其中，广东海昱建设工程有限公司以6.0558亿元的总价竞得花都区平步大道以南、平龙路以西CA0702066地块，安置商品住房回购价为13600元/平方米。出让文件显示，该地块宗地面积63303.80平方米，可建设用地面积54327.75平方米，计算容积率建筑面积152117平方米。另一宗花都区工业大道以北、广清高速以西CB0602003、CB0602010地块由中建四局城市发展投资有限公司以4.5684亿元的底价竞得，竞安置商品住房回购价为14500元/平方米。出让文件显示，该地块宗地面积51402.37平方米，可建设用地面积41368.63平方米，计算容积率建筑面积114123平方米。
