智通财经APP讯，捷成股份(300182.SZ)公告，公司控股股东徐子泉先生、公司股东华美国际投资集团有限公司-华美传承1号私募证券投资基金(简称“华美基金”)与张远捷先生签署《股份转让协议》，徐子泉先生和华美基金拟通过协议转让的方式合计将持有公司的1.34亿股无限售流通股份(占公司股份总数的5.03%)转让给张远捷先生。本次股份协议转让价格为6.18元/股，股份转让总价款为人民币8.29亿元。
