世茂集团：持有范围内债务本金额80.72%的债权人支持重组
南方财经12月13日电，世茂集团12月13日在港交所公告称，公司拟通过计划实施建议重组。截至本公告日期，持有范围内债务本金额80.72%的计划债权人已透过加入债权人支持协议或同意加入债权人支持协议来表明对建议重组的支持。
此外，控股股东透过其全资拥有的公司向公司提供本金总额39.63亿港元的贷款，以及向公司附属公司提供本金总额38.39亿港元的贷款。根据建议重组，该等股东贷款的其中6亿美元未偿还本金额将交换为控股股东票据，及未偿还股东贷款本金总额的结余将交换为控股股东强制可换股债券。
