智通财经APP获悉，华晨中国(01114)午后涨超10%，截至发稿，涨8.49%，报3.45港元，成交额3.21亿港元。
消息面上，华晨中国11月初宣布，委任张悦为董事会主席。大摩发表报告称，虽然华晨在有关进一步派息时间表的资讯暂时尚未明朗，但考虑到每股约2.1元的手头现金净额，其中每股1.8元可能可派发给股东，以及近几个月宝马汽车在中国的销售有所回升，该行认为华晨的风险回报似乎具吸引力。另一方面，市场应密切留意新主席上任后的新措施。
值得注意的是，2023年，沈阳成立沈阳汽车有限公司，获重组后华晨集团100%股权，拥有全资及控股企业200余家，明确十年内回归国内汽车第一梯队的发展愿景。浙商证券指出，沈汽作为沈阳汽车产业中心建设的抓手，资产重组整合有望持续获得支持。地方产业链升级、宝马加大投资也将极大的助益沈阳汽车盘活华晨旗下一系列汽车产业资产。此前受华晨集团重组因素压制估值、扰动业绩的上市公司有望获得重估。
