智通财经APP获悉，新特能源(01799)再跌近5%，截至发稿，跌3.76%，报7.67港元，成交额3273.79万港元。
消息面上，新特能源公布，拟受让准东能源49%股权，转让价15.08亿元。公告称，受多晶硅行业供需关系影响，集团近几年盈利水平大幅波动，甚至出现亏损。为了减少业绩大幅波动，集团积极布局新的利润贡献单元，改善利润结构，提升经营韧性和抗风险能力。
华创证券指出，据统计，预计12月硅料排产9-10万吨，环比-16%；开工率39%，环比-8pct。预计12月将是年内首次月产量跌破10万吨大关。龙头厂家四川和云南基地的产出预计快速调降；其他头部厂家开工水平维持较低水平，颗粒硅龙头产量暂时趋于平稳，其他三线企业整体与上月变动较小。库存压力减缓，但是短期内预计难以明显去库。
