智通财经APP获悉，粤海投资(00270)再涨超4%，本周股价已累计涨超27%。截至发稿，涨4.19%，报6.49港元，成交额2.69亿港元。
消息面上，汇丰环球研究称，相信粤海投资提出实物分派粤海置地股份剥离地产业务，将结构性地改善集团现金流，负债率亦将因移除粤海置地带来的沉重债务负担而改善，粤海投资亦重申65%派息比率，料由水处理及供水业务，以及现有物业投资租务收入所支撑。该行上调对粤海投资目标价，由5港元升至7.4港元，评级由“持有”上调至“买入”。
花旗指出，因粤海投资宣派12.62亿股粤海置地股份作为股东特别息，故该行将粤海投资的评级由“中性”升至“买入”，并上调目标价25%，由4.8港元升至6港元。摩根士丹利将其目标价由6.59港元上调3%至6.79港元，维持“增持”评级。美银证券则将粤海投资2025及2026财年的盈利预测上调21%与11%，目标价由5.2港元上调至6.2港元，重申“买入”评级。
