智通财经APP获悉，欧盟药品监管机构欧洲药品管理局(EMA)的一个专家组已经确定，礼来(LLY.US)的减重药Mounjaro治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)不需要单独的适应证。
人用医药产品委员会(CHMP)认为，Mounjaro的使用已被批准的体重管理适应证所涵盖，不需要单独的适应证来治疗成人肥胖患者的中度至重度OSA。
Mounjaro与饮食和体育活动一起用于治疗控制不理想的成人2型糖尿病。它还与饮食和体育活动一起使用，帮助肥胖或超重以及有体重相关健康问题的人减肥并控制体重。
礼来公司还在美国寻求批准该药物用于睡眠呼吸暂停患者。
