智通财经APP讯，HOME CONTROL(01747)发布公告，预期公司所认购的理财保本产品(“投资产品”)可能会产生截至2024年12月31日止年度(“报告期”)约2524万港元的会计拨备。公司于2019年11月13日首次认购投资产品，金额为3800万港元。公司于2022年9月及10月两次赎回部分投资产品，而公司于投资产品的投资的未赎回本金为2524万港元(“未赎回本金”)。投资产品最近于2024年5月自动滚存，于本公告日期仍然有效。
该会计拨备关于公司于投资产品的投资的账面值，属非现金性质，因此不会对集团目前的现金流量及日常营运造成任何影响。
董事认为由于公司目前未有足够资料评估投资产品的账面值，作出会计拨备以反映全数未赎回本金是恰当举措。此外，投资产品发行人尚未同意赎回投资产品的余额，何时及能否全数赎回未赎回本金仍属未知之数。公司拟根据其法律及合约权利，继续与投资产品发行人就赎回未赎回本金进行磋商。
