智通财经APP讯，中国东方航空股份(00670)公布，为积极响应并充分运用好有关监管部门支持股票回购的政策工具，公司向交通银行上海分行申请回购贷款。交通银行上海分行于近期出具《交通银行股票回购贷款承诺函》，承诺对本次回购给予股票回购贷款支持，贷款额度为人民币 4.5 亿元，专项用于公司在 A 股市场进行的股份回购。
基于上述变化，本次回购的资金来源由“公司自有资金”相应变更为“公司自有资金及金融机构借款”。
