金融界12月13日消息，宝光实业已公布其2024/2025年度中期报告，可在公司或香港交易及结算所有限公司HKEXnews网站查阅。此外，为遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第2.07A条以及本公司在当其时有效的公司细则第177条规定，即自2023年12月31日起生效的扩大无纸化上市机制及以电子方式发布公司通讯的规定，宝光实业已决定采用电子方式传播公司通讯，并在其网站和HKEXnews网站上提供这些通讯的电子版本，以替代印刷版本。公司已开始征集股东的电子邮箱地址以确保及时接收到最新的公司通讯。
