智通财经APP讯，宝色股份(300402.SZ)公告，公司近日参与了陕西有色天宏瑞科硅材料有限责任公司(简称“天瑞公司”)8万吨电子级粒状多晶硅产业升级项目(第一步2.5万吨)DCS、TCS歧化反应器采购的公开招标，并于2024年12月3日收到《中标通知书》，确定公司为中标人，中标金额870万元。公司董事会于2024年12月13日审议通过了《关于公司拟签署中标项目合同暨关联交易的议案》。
