中骏商管延长不超过9亿元贷款至2026年，年利率将降至5.5%
财中社12月13日电中骏商管（00606）发布公告，宣布与借款人上海中骏置业有限公司签署补充协议，延长一项不超过9亿元的贷款的到期日至2026年12月31日。该贷款最初的年利率为7%，但根据补充协议，自2025年1月1日起，年利率将调整为5.5%。截至2024年10月31日，借款人尚未偿还的本金约为8.72亿元。
公告指出，贷款的抵押品包括中骏集团在中国的四项商业物业，总建筑面积约为32万平方米，以及各抵押附属公司的100%股权。该抵押资产在2024年9月30日的评估市值约为20亿元，抵押资产的调整价值约为18亿元，足以覆盖贷款本金。公司董事会认为，贷款重续将有助于支持中骏集团的流动资金需求，并对公司的财务状况产生积极影响。
