中国消费者协会今日(13日)发布消费提示，近年来“谷圈”市场发展势头强劲，同时出现了诱导未成年人冲动消费、私域交易缺乏监管、受害者维权困难、不法分子借机诈骗等问题，提醒未成年人理性“吃谷”，谨防消费陷阱。
所谓“谷子”，是从英文“Goods”音译而来，是指漫画、动画、游戏、偶像等版权作品的周边商品。购买这些商品的行为被称作“吃谷”，买“谷子”的人聚集到一起交流分享就形成了“谷圈”。
据介绍，“谷圈”成员大多通过二手平台或社交平台，进行海外代购或工厂定制购买“谷子”。未成年人受支付限制，选择社交平台等私域进行交易，平台无法对交易进行全程监管。如遇到经营者不按时发货、“谷子”到手货不对板、代购卷款跑路等情形，受害者很难追回损失。
“谷子”交易规则复杂，不法分子往往以免费赠送、低价福利、高价收购等话术诱导未成年人上钩，然后以违规领取、未成年人不能购买、没有缴纳认证金等理由威胁恐吓，要求未成年人操作家长手机配合调查，借机盗取家长银行卡账户信息和钱款。
中消协呼吁，网络平台压实主体责任，相关监管部门严厉打击“谷圈”中存在的违法违规行为。广大家长正确引导教育青少年合理使用网络，如被恐吓、威胁或发现被骗，第一时间告知父母或报警处理。(da/u)
