智通财经APP讯，畅由联盟(01039)发布公告，自2024年11月25日起，公司的英文名称已由“Changyou Alliance Group Limited”更改为“Changyou International Group Limited”且公司的中文双重外国名称已由“畅由联盟集团有限公司”更改为“畅由国际集团有限公司”。股东于2024年11月22日举行的股东特别大会上通过了批准建议更改公司名称的特别决议案。开曼群岛公司注册处处长已于2024年11月25日，就公司更改名称而发出注册证书及香港公司注册处处长已于2024年12月6日发出了公司注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书。
公司股份于联交所买卖时采用的股份英文简称将由“CHANGYOU ALLI”改为“CHANGYOU INT GP”，中文简称则由“畅由联盟”改为“畅由国际集团”，自2024年12月18日上午9时正起生效。公司的股份代号“1039”将维持不变。
