喜力控股12月13日宣布，监事会副主席、ASML前CEO彼得·温宁克将在明年4月的年度股东大会上出任监事会主席，接替Jean-Marc Huët。

温宁克于今年的喜力年度股东大会上加入该公司监事会，是审计委员会、薪酬委员会和遴选与任命委员会的重要成员。
