智通财经APP讯，浩欧博(688656.SH)发布公告，公司于2024年12月13日收到控股股东海瑞祥天生物科技(集团)有限公司(简称“海瑞祥天”)的通知，获悉其协议转让公司股份事宜已完成过户登记手续。
本次股份转让完成及表决权放弃后，辉煌润康持有公司1867.09万股股份及该等股份对应的表决权，占剔除回购专用账户中股份数量后浩欧博股份总数的29.99%，浩欧博原实际控制人JOHN LI、WEIJUN LI、陈涛通过海瑞祥天、苏州外润和直接持股合计控制剔除回购专用账户中股份数量后浩欧博16.17%的表决权。公司控股股东由海瑞祥天变更为辉煌润康，公司实际控制人由JOHN LI、WEIJUN LI、陈涛变更为中国生物制药。
