Terence Tea, executive chairman of Accrelist Qzg, has acquired 40,000 shares for $1,560, or 3.9 cents per share.
The shares were bought via the market on Dec 11.
Following the transaction, Tea’s stake came up at 26.48% from 26.47% previously.
On Dec 10, Tea also acquired 50,000 shares for $1,950, or 3.9 cents per share.
Additionally, Tea is deemed interested in 4,359,100 shares held by his wife, Sim Aileen.
Shares in Accrelist closed flat at 3.9 cents on Dec 12.
