智通财经APP讯，和黄医药(00013)发布公告，该公司今日宣布将收到一笔来自合作伙伴武田 (TSE ： 4502/ NYSE ：TAK)的1000万美元的里程碑付款。武田于2024年12月在西班牙取得FRUZAQLA®用于治疗经治的转移性结直肠癌患者获纳入公共医疗保障范围的建议，这是在欧洲取得的首个纳入公共医疗保障范围的建议。结直肠癌是欧洲第二大癌症相关死亡原因。
FRUZAQLA®于2024年6月在欧盟取得欧盟委员会(EC)批准。武田拥有在中国内地、中国香港和中国澳门以外进一步开发、商业化和生产呋喹替尼的全球独家许可。
