　　民富国际（08511）公布，于2024年12月12日，该公司拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人配售最多431.8万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份0.85港元，较2024年12月12日在联交所所报收市价每股股份0.90港元折让约5.56%。

　　待完成后，及假设配售代理成功配售所有配售股份，配售净筹约355万港元，拟用于补充公司一般营运资金。
