SGS said it acquired cybersecurity certification specialist CertX.
The Switzerland-based inspection, testing and certification provider said Monday that the move aligns with its strategy to deliver at least 200 million Swiss Franc ($224 million) in revenue from its digital trust services by 2027.
The acquisition is expected to enhance SGS's advantage in high-assurance cybersecurity and AI certification, the company said.
It didn't disclose any financial details.
