AMTD Idea Group (SGX:HKB) asked its securityholders of outstanding securities to enter into extraordinary resolutions through electronic consents, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.
The consents are in relation with the company's $450,000 worth of senior perpetual bonds under its $1.0 billion medium term bonds program.
The extraordinary resolutions including a provision for the delisting of securities from the Hong Kong bourse, the filing added.
