智通财经APP获悉，中国国航(00753)现跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.67%，报5.1港元，成交额9027.89万港元。
消息面上，中国国航公布，公司已完成向中航集团公司发行约8.55亿股A股，发行价格为每股7.02元人民币，募集资金净额约59.96亿元。中航集团公司承诺，自本次向特定对象发行A股股票结束之日起36个月内，不以任何方式转让本次认购的股份。
国信证券指出，近期民航票价同比降幅明显收窄，经营底部已过，该行认为未来民航供需缺口将持续缩小，航司盈利能力将持续修复。中信证券表示，期待2025年航油压力缓解推动航司利润释放。2025年国内线收益管理有望回归常态，同时近期免签国家持续扩容等积极政策信号不断，2025年春运有望成为航空周期试金石。
