智通财经APP获悉，内房股早盘回落，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)跌6.59%，报2.55港元；融信中国(03301)跌5.77%，报0.49港元；富力地产(02777)跌4.27%，报1.57港元；新城发展(01030)跌2.91%，报2港元。
消息面上，中央经济工作会议指出，持续用力推动房地产市场止跌回稳。招商证券发布研报称，“持续用力推动房地产市场止跌回稳”表述中“持续用力”或是关键，不排除后续有更多的长效政策以及超常规逆周期调节措施出台的可能，而供需双向均是可能考虑的范围。
中泰国际指出，虽然期间有一些反复，但是自10月初起房地产市场(根据新房成交量)整体渐进改善，尤其是一线城市。截至上周，一线城市新房成交量连续八周同比增长。不少内房港股近三个月也领先大市。本周政治局会议提及稳住楼市股市，会议对于房地产市场带来改革但稳定的讯息。市场不急进但逐步改善相信是中央乐见的未来情境。
