消息面上，12月11日，红星美凯龙发布公告，披露公司第二大股东红星控股部分股份解除轮候冻结及司法标记的情况。据公告，红星控股解除轮候冻结/标记股份数量为2.76亿股，占其所持股份比例28.15%，占公司总股本比例6.34%。此次解除时间为2024年12月9日。红星控股持股数量为9.80亿股，持股比例22.51%。剩余被冻结/轮候冻结/标记股份数量为5.49亿股，占其所持股份比例55.96%，占公司总股本比例12.60%。
红星控股及其一致行动人持股总数为10.24亿股，占公司总股本的23.51%。涉及被司法冻结、轮候冻结、司法标记的股份数为5.49亿股，占红星控股及其一致行动人合计持有公司股份总数的53.62%。
